Ray made time to fit us in on a busy afternoon since we were from out of town and eager to go home after I just had hand surgery 30 minutes earlier. Unfortunately, parts needed to be ordered, but Ray set up a rental. Later when there was a problem with the billing, Ray and his manager called the rental company and fixed the problem. Outstanding and understanding service by all and my car rubs great.
