Can't speak to the dollar value of the service, as my appointment was complimentary due to a factory error, but the experience was nice. The advisor and receptionist were friendly...

Worst

I have to wait for 10 days in order for them to fix my engine light indicator due to misfiring and my assigned service advisor is unprofessional.

Average Service 2/19/2016

I had to reschedule because the first time I came in they were overbooked and could not fit me in even though I had an appointment. Overall clean and friendly place. It felt like going to any other shop not too much stood out. Although I was not sure when my car would be done so I came back before they closed up. That being said I have no idea how long the standard service takes. They got the job done and at the end of the day that is still most important. more

Third Times a Charrm? 1/6/2016

New to the Bay Area and this was the closest place to my work. Recall on airbags (warranty item). They replaced first my steering wheel airbag and then my seat airbags. Received car back and 2 days later seat back falling off and 2 of the clips were on my floor board. These are plastic hooks/latches on the seat backing that attach to the actual driver's seat. When the removed the seat back to replace the air bag they broke off the clips and then..............used a hot glue gun to attach the hooks to the seat back. Took the car back in for them to COMPLETELY REPLACE on Dec 4th. Seat back already coming off because not installed properly. Also had an oil leak that they claim an oil pressure valve is needed. It is now Jan 6th and I'm STILL waiting for the call that the part is in. I called and left an unpleasant voicemail this morning. Let's see if this call is returned. Next step will be to get Hyundai USA involved and possibly my attorney. more

SERVICE - Sucks 12/31/2015

Two dealerships are gone, and this place is over loaded.. The service department sucks, and is unresponsive and rude. Know your warranty or the service advisors will try and tell you it's not covered when in fact Hyundai's have a great warranty. Unfortunately there si no choice but to go to this dealership and they staff knows it and has the reared attitude! It's a bad experience. Which is unfortunate because it's a good car! more

At the end of the inspection they even checked on a few follow up questions I had and took the time for me. I'd go back if I needed to. more

at first the service parts manager was being a bit difficult...however she ended up giving us a great deal and getting my car in and out before the holidays. everyone was very warm and accomodating and the price was reasonable. my car was returned all nicely washed and they even snapped my bumper back on as it was coming off a bit. not much to complain about more
