Edward Disho from Pertria is very easy and efficient to work with. All dealings whether it be repairs or contract negotiations were prompt and competent. When we vacated the property, Pertria did not nitpicked upon ordinary property wear and tear and a full deposit was refunded after we did the necessary cleaning and repairs. \r
