They were really great dealing with talking to my dad who is normally my mechanic which was appreciated. They kept him and I informed about what was happening with my car. It took a couple extra days to get the parts they needed but they worked quickly and were very helpful and knowledgable.
My only complaint is that I took my car in for a coolant leak and, without asking, they replaced my wipers. I wasn't too worried since they needed to be replaced and the charge was only $32, but they didn't ask before they did it. They did ask before replacing the knock sensor which was the majority of the cost, and not actually needing to be changed.
