My experience with G&R was horrible. I ordered a lower receiver from them. They sent my order to the wrong FFL dealer. This was their reply: ""It appears that we shipped your lower to the wrong FFL (had another customer with your name order at the same time). We will get the lower back early next week and get it off to you."" Really?!! You ship based off of name and not order number? Early next week came along and I sent an email asking for a status update. This is what they replied: ""We are waiting for the lower to be returned to us."" Throughout my whole experience did I ever receive an apology. I have since then requested a refund. Calling them doesn't help. I asked for a sup and all they ever say is email the generic ""sales"" email that's provided on their website. BIG disappointment is all....\r
