My experience with G&R was horrible. I ordered a lower receiver from them. They sent my order to the wrong FFL dealer. This was their reply: ""It appears that we shipped your lower to the wrong FFL (had another customer with your name order at the same time). We will get the lower back early next week and get it off to you."" Really?!! You ship based off of name and not order number? Early next week came along and I sent an email asking for a status update. This is what they replied: ""We are waiting for the lower to be returned to us."" Throughout my whole experience did I ever receive an apology. I have since then requested a refund. Calling them doesn't help. I asked for a sup and all they ever say is email the generic ""sales"" email that's provided on their website. BIG disappointment is all....\r more

This message is to answer the complaint of Doc Holiday7: \r \r \r \r Mr. Billmeier saw a post on an internet forum about an LMT MRP. He then proceeded to call us to order said item. As you can see in the ad, the MRP in question does NOT come with iron sights. On our website and LMT's website, the MRP is NEVER offered with iron sights.\r In order for the customer to have heard about us having the LMT MRP, they would have had to see one of our ads. Not a SINGLE picture or ad shows the MRP coming with iron sights nor does it say anywhere that they do. \r \r Over the course of a long conversation, we discussed lots of iron sight options. The MRP complete rifles DO in fact come with LMT iron sights. The uppers do not. \r At one time, we believe that LMT may have included iron sights with their MRP's, but that was more than a year ago. This is most likely where the confusion comes in. \r \r What the customer fails to note in his many posts around the net is that we have offered the following to him: \r \r 1. Free set of S&W iron sights. \r 2. LMT iron sights at cost. \r 3. Troy iron sights at cost. \r 4. Return the item (less a restocking fee to cover the CC fees we have already paid). \r \r We feel that the customer did not educate themselves on the product they were purchasing and are upset that they did not get something for free. The customer has gone to just about every business complaint type website in order to try and discredit our good reputation. What we find funny is that if we in fact had done something wrong, the customer would have just filed a complaint with their CC company. The problem is that we did nothing wrong and the customer knows that the CC company won't do anything about it. This is commonly referred to as a ""CLUE."" \r \r What is even more entertaining to us is the fact that the customer believes that if he hits enough odd ball websites that maybe we will send him something for free. This company does not have a clear understanding of the equipment they are selling. I spent over $1k on equipment to try them out. There was a clear understanding of what was included in the purchase when selecting the item. When the equipment arrived it was missing $168 in equipment. They admitted they provided the wrong information about the item, then blamed the manufacture for them not being aware of what they were selling. I followed up directly with the manufacture and they made it clear this was G&R's fault and not the excuse of it being a recent change that I was being led to believe. After several attempts to ask for the item or a store credit. G&R offered to return the item for a restocking fee even though they admittedly, in writing, misrepresented the item when they were accepting my payment. In their last email they informed me my only option was to return it for a restocking fee and if that did not interest me then do not bother emailing back.
