I was very disappointed after talking to Kat back and forth over the phone and email that when I got to Gladstone Mazda for our appointment she was busy and put us with another sales person who was not very knowledgeable and lacked personality. We were going to Gladstone Mazda because of the relationship built with Kat. The sales person we were put with knew nothing about what Kat and I had discussed. It was frustrating because we had an appointment to go to another dealership and I canceled because I felt like Kat had given us such great customer service answering my calls and emails. I just think when you have an appointment with a customer you should be available for that appointment. Our sales person was awful... really the only reason we bought our Mazda cx-5 from Gladstone was because of the guy who came and talked to us about pricing (something with a J... Jeremy? Justin?) Our sales guy was silent during the test drive and sitting at the table in the lobby he just stared at us. In sales you need to connect with the customer and sale the product. the other guy was great he immediately started up a conversation with us and acted like he cared about what we were saying. more
