I placed an order for an item that I later called to check the status on and it was out of stock. The Customer Service rep that I spoke to said they would need 3-5 business days to credit my refund. A week later, I still did not have my refund so I contacted Customer Service and they said it would be in my account 2 business days later. It has now been 4 business days and I still have not received my refund; my refund for an item they never had in stock. This ordeal is beyond ridiculous.
