Shipping tooo expensive for as slow as it was shipped. Took two weeks to get to Slovenia!!

Horrible 3/25/2014

I placed an order for an item that I later called to check the status on and it was out of stock. The Customer Service rep that I spoke to said they would need 3-5 business days to credit my refund. A week later, I still did not have my refund so I contacted Customer Service and they said it would be in my account 2 business days later. It has now been 4 business days and I still have not received my refund; my refund for an item they never had in stock. This ordeal is beyond ridiculous. more

I placed an order through interiorplace.com, and have contacted them several times since to ask about the status of my order. My online account shows that my wallpaper is still "awaiting fulfillment", even after three weeks. I've received no response from them, and now I'm going to call my credit card company and see if I can get a refund from that side. THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH. more

My goods did not arrive. No response to message left on website. No response to answer phone messages. No answer on either US or UK phone numbers. Apparently my transaction was not guaranteed by Buysafe as advertised on website. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. more

Horrible Experience 1/14/2014

This was my first time ordering from Interior Place. After having issues with receiving my package from the post office (I contacted them for 5 days), I contacted Interior Place (I had to call 3 times because a manager didnt call me back) to resolve the issue. I was told by Brian and Bonnie that had to wait for the post office to send the package before they could issue a refund! Therefore, they didnt mind my money being tied up nor did they care when I would receive my order. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN! A complete waste of my time. more

didnt get my papaer on time 11/25/2013

I wasn't told at the time of ordering 11/10 that they don't ship to P.O.Boxes, didn't get a call or an e-mail telling me my order was shipped back to store until I called them when it didn't arrive on time,on 11/15, then was told it would be shipped out that day and it didn't leave the senders place for three days 11/18, and then it took a week to get here. the original order was here and back to them in five days. Then I had to buy something else to finish my project. I'm very unhappy and will never order from here again. I looks at my original order slip and it had my P.O. Box and my street address on it, so I don't know why this happen more

I had ordered this through a different company that didn't tell me it was cancelled and I couldn't order anymore thank heavens these guys saved the day locating me the last roll on the planet to finish my wall! Very Happy Thank You! more

I have been purchasing online for many, many years, and I have to say that this transaction was probably one of my best purchasing experiences EVER! I had ordered and paid for my item on the 24th of May and had put in a request to possibly have the item delivered on or before Thursday, May 29th. Interior Place not only packaged and shipped my item out the same day I purchased it, but I received it on Tuesday, May 28th. And, by the way, Monday was Memorial Day so mail delivery was not available. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. more

I love their selection of contact paper! 4/12/2013

I ordered contact paper from Interior Place and it is the prettiest contact paper I have ever seen. I absolutely love the way my project came out. As a family, we are always doing remodeling projects around our homes and I will definitely be telling everyone about Interior Place's contact paper selection. I know they have other products, but their contact paper is really the only product I looked at. more

Item Title: Mosaic Privacy Window Film 4/2/2013

This is a great product. I purchased this for a glass door I have had so many comments that they love the door. Very easy to install. Other window film products you have to use a glue. All you need is water. I plan to order again for some windows.. more

I had gone through a couple of different places online and I found Interior Place to be very helpful. Their website made it easy for me to find what I wanted and the delivery to Canada went down like clockwork. We have been slowly trying to set up our home and the boarder wallpaper is like a beautiful frame to the walls. If I ever need to redo the walls, I will turn to them first. I definitely recommend them. When you are making home a home, Interior Place would be the place to go. more

Poor Customer Service 3/8/2013

I have not received product. When calling in I was told they have my order - but can't tell me wheter it was shipped 2 weeks ago or not. I have to wait til next week as their database is down and they have no way of seeing if actually shipped for a tracking number. So, still waiting.... more

Great experience 2/11/2013

I was looking for a specific border for my bedroom. I looked everywhere and the lowest price I could find was 39.99 a roll. Imagine my delight when I found it at Interior Place for 12.99 a roll. I placed my order over the phone (that's right with a live person) and the experience was wonderful. She was very helpful and had the answers to all of my questions. My order is scheduled to arrive today per the UPS tracker which is much sooner than I expected. I would and have recommended Interior Place to my friends and family. I will definently order through them when I start working on my living room. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! more

good product 2/8/2013

The wall paper is very nice quality but there are 2 things I didn't like. The paper was described as cream. I picture white. The paper was beige. 2)They advertise the product as 1 one roll but you are required to buy at least 2 rolls. Its really just a large or small roll. If there are no small rolls just say buy a large roll. more
