I've been going to Sharon Automotive for 5 years. In one instance the rear end went out of my 2005 Tahoe after a trip. In order for Sharon to repair it I could have gotten a new one which would've been more expensive, or a re-manufactured one. I went with the re-manufactured option but in doing so it wouldn't have been available for three weeks. Dean allowed us to keep the loaner car during these three weeks as well as an additional week to do the service. I had a month long free loaner which is unheard of these days. That was phenomenal! Also, Dean always gets me the best pricing. I get my tires cheaper from him than through national retailers that don't care about service.
