Sharon Automotive is my go-to auto shop. First of all, they're conveniently located by my home. Additionally, they're always honest and upfront with me. If something doesn't need to be fixed immediately, they'll tell me the most cost-efficient ways to fix it that don't even push for me to use their services. Dean is very personable, professional, and an overall great guy to work with. I've taken all of my vehicles to them for the past several years. They've done everything from replacing my brakes to rotating my tires. The prices are great and I'm sure to return for the high-quality service. more

Reasonable pricing, excellent service, customer service over and above anything expected 3/6/2014

I've been going to Sharon Automotive for 5 years. In one instance the rear end went out of my 2005 Tahoe after a trip. In order for Sharon to repair it I could have gotten a new one which would've been more expensive, or a re-manufactured one. I went with the re-manufactured option but in doing so it wouldn't have been available for three weeks. Dean allowed us to keep the loaner car during these three weeks as well as an additional week to do the service. I had a month long free loaner which is unheard of these days. That was phenomenal! Also, Dean always gets me the best pricing. I get my tires cheaper from him than through national retailers that don't care about service. more

Good prices. Quality Work. 2/18/2014

I have used Sharon Automotive for several different things. They have done tune-ups, alignments, brakes and ball joints just to same a few. Their prices are good and the work is always quality. My car is always ready right when they say it will be ready. I have never had any problems after getting my vehicle back. I am highly with their service. more

Affordable, competent and locally owned! 2/6/2014

The service at Sharon Automotive is excellent, and I've been very pleased with it. I have a commercial trucking business, and I've been using them exclusively for a couple years as the repair shop for my trucks. They do good work, and they do the work quickly and affordably. They always stick to their estimates! more

Sharon Automotive took my car in, they called me when they were finished and I felt that they were very prompt and courteous to me. So overall, it was a great service that they provided. more

Just fantastic 1/6/2014

Everyone from the lady behind the desk to the mechanic who assessed the problem and repaired my car was just wonderful. Something had rusted underneath the hood and the folks at Sharon Automotive made it a very smooth and pleasant experience to replace. I've since been using them to routinely examine my car for a couple of years now. The repairs are always expertly done and they always get things fixed within the time I want them to. I would definitely recommend them. more

Sharon Automotive fixed the steering column in my car when I was having some problems with it. Not too much stood out about their service, but they did get the job done. I would probably refer people to them. more

Sharon Automotive offers superb customer service. They're conveniently located and are always on top of their follow-through. Dean gave me a written quote with a great price that beat all the other places I went to. They're honest and efficient workers. They replaced the braking system in my Jeep for a really great price and gave me a loaner car that I could use during the day that my car was being worked on. I've used Sharon Automotive twice and have only gotten quality customer service with them. Highly recommended. more

They were very honest and upfront with me at Sharon Automotive. I had an accident, so they replaced the upper and lower ball joints on my Silverado. They didn't act like I was an immature person. They treated me really well and didn't speak down to me.. more

Friendly, efficient, and reasonable 12/19/2013

Sharon Automotive was able to repair the leaking gas tank of my Lincoln in no time. I was definitely smelling a gas leak and Sharon Automotive took car of me right when I got there. They knew what they were doing and did it well. I had a pretty good idea about how much it would cost to fix and they offered me a very reasonable price. It's been a few months since the repair and I can say that there hasn't been a single drip since then. If I have another problem, I'll definitely bring it back here to get fixed quickly and honestly. more

A great place that offers excellent service. 10/21/2013

I've never had a problem at Sharon Automotive. We have seven or eight vehicles and Sharon Automotive does anything we need from minor oil changes to engine work. Anything that needs repairing, they do it. I usually work with Dean, but all the repairmen there are excellent. more

I go to Sharon Automotive for all of my general automotive work. I happen to live next door to the business, so I can't beat it as far as convenience! Dean has always been excellent with diagnosing the problems and getting the repairs done. He gives me a reasonable price each time. I don't feel like I need to go anywhere else. Dean is a very nice guy, and I would recommend him to anyone. more

Honest and reliable. 9/16/2013

Sharon Automotive has been very honest. If there are any mistakes, they've corrected them. They've always had things done when they said they would be done. They've done everything from oil changes to brakes to engine repairs over the past ten years. The bill's always higher than you think, but they always are. We like to do local and they've been honest. more

They're honest people and they do a good job. 9/10/2013

I recommend Sharon Automotive to everybody. They're very good and they're the only place I've found that even offers a loaner car. It's nice. I've been going there for about two years. I do live relatively close by, so it's also convenient. I have three older vehicles that I take there. If I tell them what's wrong with a car when I take it in, they'll look it over and tell me I'm wrong and what's really going on. They really inspect the vehicle and don't do things and charge you for things you don't need. They're really honest and if they work on something and it's not exactly right, they get right back in there and make sure it's right before you drive it off. I've dealt with several companies in the area and can say Sharon Automotive is very good. The biggest thing is their loaner car. They're only place I've ever dealt with that offers that if it's available. They have one car and they'll just give it to you and all you have to do is replace the gas. It really helps me in terms of finding a ride there. If the loaner's not available I just ask when it will be. I can drop off my car at any time and they'll look at it and fix it as fast as they can. more

Sharon Automotive did what I asked them to do and you can't get much better than that. They did a few small repairs on my vehicle ranging from my air conditioning, fixing brake leak, etc. I would highly recommend them. more

I've been going to Sharon Automotive for a couple of years now and will continue to go there. Me being a lady, it's difficult to go into a place like this and get the right help. They always give me the right help I need so I rely on a place like this. Plus, it's convenient for me and has worked out so far. more
