I came in to have the oil changed in my Ford Escape. Bill remembered me and called me by name, which, in my opinion, is part of good customer service. I was in and out in an hour, which I had been told would be the time it would take. I trust the people at Richmond Tire & Auto and when you find car professionals you trust, you should keep them!
