Customer Service 3/30/2014

Just had the timing belt changed at the recommended mileage and other preventive maintenance. Have no complaints all went smooth and the price was very reasonable and they picked me up when I had no way back to the shop. That is a nice touch! more

I came in to have the oil changed in my Ford Escape. Bill remembered me and called me by name, which, in my opinion, is part of good customer service. I was in and out in an hour, which I had been told would be the time it would take. I trust the people at Richmond Tire & Auto and when you find car professionals you trust, you should keep them! more

Friendly and service oriented 3/13/2014

I came by because I saw you all were a recommended installer at Tirerack.com. You all were able to get the tires I wanted at a competitive price point. I had to wait a while for them to finish my ticket. And I would have preferred a more detailed description of costs on alignment and road hazard before I saw the bill. I'm glad to have it, but was surprised it was just "added" in/on my bill. Being able to go to one place for oil change, rotation, etc., is very helpful. And I appreciated the the lift home. more

I feel the owners are honest and reliable 3/13/2014

The work was completed in a timely manor; but I like the friendly atmosphere and knowledge that the job will be done right, the first time. I recommend this service especially to all my female friends that are like me and don't know much about car repairs or maintenance. more
