We purchased a bed in December 2013 and took delivery early January. One of the drawers to the bed was damaged in delivery. I contacted the store, the drawer could not be repaired, so a new one was ordered. And by that, I mean a whole new footboard was ordered since the option to just have a replacement drawer was nil. It's the end of March now, customer service has never once called us. In fact, there has been no contact or update on arrival unless I call them. Customer service states that once a product is ordered the customer doesn't get courtesy calls, the product arrives, when it arrives, and until then, well…nothing (nada baby!) Still, after speaking with them again today, looks like the delivery date might be April 20th. Wow, a quarter of the year has passed and my husband and I have lived with a gaping whole in our bed, where a sad little drawer belongs. I guess I can honestly say that once Matthis Bro. makes a sale, you are no longer so important! There are certainly other stores to purchase from that has the same quality and price that Matthis Bro sales. And where the customer matters after a sale is made and the money is in their pocket.
