worse customer service I've ever experienced!!! first off they had my vehicle for over 21dys while in there possession it was driven 575 miles!!! mind you I own a 2014 EQUUS needless to say if it was a elantra I would be pissed an to be totally avoided not compensated, no explanations nothing!!! I really truly believe me being an African American has a lot to do with what happen! Not only that not once was I given a new genesis which is what an Equus owner is suppose to get when my car is being serviced or repaired! I did contact Hyundai about the matter my next steps will be the better business burea an WSOTC-TV!!!
