Our refrigerator quit cooling on Sunday, probably, mid to late morning. I called Ace Appliance mid-afternoon and by early evening a technician arrived and fixed the problem. The diagnosis was quick and professional. I would not hesitate to use Ace Appliance again, however, one suggestion would be to incorporate the diagnostic cost in with the labor cost. When totaling diagnostics with parts,labor, and tax, the bill ended up being quite expensive.
