I highly recommend Ace Appliance for repair services. We have used them several times for repairs and have always been dealt with honestly and been happy with the results.

First time I have used Ace Appliance and would like to recommend, very efficient and easy to deal with! I had a problem with my electric dryer and it is now fixed, awesome job! I also like that they had hours after 5:00. I would use next time for sure! more

Our refrigerator quit cooling on Sunday, probably, mid to late morning. I called Ace Appliance mid-afternoon and by early evening a technician arrived and fixed the problem. The diagnosis was quick and professional. I would not hesitate to use Ace Appliance again, however, one suggestion would be to incorporate the diagnostic cost in with the labor cost. When totaling diagnostics with parts,labor, and tax, the bill ended up being quite expensive. more

Ace Appliance has my business from here on out! My stove has not been working this past week. This morning (on a Saturday!) I decided to call and see if someone might be able to come out next week to look at it. An hour later Tim (#46) showed up at my door with a smile. He had a wonderful sense of humor, got the job done quickly, and had the needed parts with him on the truck! Tim also provided me with some excellent advice about my stove. Ace Appliance totally impressed me and Tim was a wonderful technician. Kudos! -Jackie more

Called at 4:00PM, fixed by 6:00PM...same day. \r Dishwasher is broken and parts would be special order. Called Ace, the sent a tech and replaced the part on the spot. (in stock on the truck). Great phone service and super repair techs are the reason we have continued with Ace Appliance for more than 20 years. more

Loved the fact that there was no extra service call charge when Jimmy had to come back to the house a week later to install my dishwasher parts that had to be ordered. Both times he came out on a Saturday afternoon. And to top it off, there was no extra charge for coming out on the week-end either. I was impressed...and I will call on ACE again, if the need arises. more

Mike got out here, on a Saturday, in just a few hours after I called. Mike was very nice and very professional. Through the years this was the third time I had Ace come out on one thing or another. Mike had to come back out on Monday to bring the new ice maker and he was very prompt. No extra charge for coming on the weekend. Thank you, Ace for having a very good technician. more

Troy arrived right on schedule at the time I requested and was efficient and helpful. He diagnosed the issue with the dryer and fixed it without requiring parts. Also gave advice on what to do if it happened again. Very happy with Ace Appliance service as I always am! more
