I am sooo angry. I have one word for DR. and staff..... incompetent...I need the x rays to have surgery done on my baby girls ACL to find out he took pictures of her Hips. When I called to get the x rays i find out He took x rays of my 1 yr old pitt bulls hips instead of her leg after I told them I was there to check her ACL. He said it said Hip Dysplasia all over her chart but it wasn't in his writing so he didn't know and it wasn't his fault. HUH.. We never even discussed Hip Dysplasia during the visit. He said I should of told him and then blamed me. DUH .....I told him the sole purpose of making the appointment was for her ACL I NEVER EVER even mentioned her hips I was there for a second opinion. So he said I was wrong, basically telling me I was lying about everything.... He told me to be quite and let him talk and her chart said hip displaysia and that's what he did. OH Yeah ....and because I had to go back to work and left my husband there to look at the x ray it was his fault I need to talk to him about it. I thought he was the doctor.....SOOOOOOOO I guess the 20 min conversation about taking the dog to VA TECH to a specialist to talk to them about putting a plate in her leg for her ACL which will cost about $3600 or another surgery that i could do for about $900 but he didn't think it would work for my dog must of been all in my head. Then he told me he didn't charge me full price for the x ray.......Who cares if you didn't x ray the right thing......And please some one explain to me If you tell me my dogs hips are fine and you didn't know anything about the ACL Why in the world did you give me syringes and a sedative to keep her calm because shes a high energy puppy to keep her calm until we can figure out what we need to do or to see if it will heal on its own. more
