We leased a 2013 Ford Escape Titanium from Wendle, and have been really please with their customer service from the get-go.
We recently had to have a few of the wheels and all of the tires replaced. While in the shop, they continually kept my wife abreast of the progress.
While I find most email updates from companies extremely self-serving and generally annoying, Wendle & Ford seem to have found the perfect combination of content and frequency. Works well for me.
