Oil Change and Minor fix 4/8/2014

As always very great and convenient at wendle. Seems aside from the oil change usually another minor fix or issue to resolve and was done so in a timely manner. Thanks to the team - oh and Manny's vacation all used up for the year now I hope. Thanks all. more

We brought our 2012 Escape for oil changeand getting the Sync updated. Manny is our go to guy for getting things going and he did a great job, handled things quickly and like a pro! Sync working great, and the car is running great! more

Free tire rotation 4/3/2014

Changed the winter tires over to the summer treads and it was at no charge. Great! I wasn't expecting that. more

Door latch 4/3/2014

Although I was satisfied with the service, I was disappointed with the latch mechanism on my 2010 Fusion. (The part broke after less than 4 years of owning the car and the repair bill was over $250.) Ford parts must not be made to last! Although the car is good for the price, The parts are cheap and cheesy. more

Only would have been nice if parts hadn't been on back order, allowing for one appointment rather than two. Also would have been good if problem had been diagnosed correctly when I took the car in last fall. more

Everything on my maintenance list was completed by noon! 4/1/2014

I had six things on my list for the mechanics to work on. Manny Guerro said that he expected them to be done by 2:30 pm. I said I would probably come back in the morning to pick up our car. I got a call that everything was finished by noon and I was able to pick up my car and save a trip into Spokane! Yea !!!! more

As usual Wendles does a great job. Informed that there were a few service issues that would take longer than a couple of hours, so I was able to get my errands done with a Rental they supplied for me. more
