The food has been much better and faster the past times used. This time it took ONE HOUR & FIFTY MINUTES to get to our home. If it weren't that I am disabled & can no longer drive in the dark, I could have made the trip and back, more than 5 times. The delivery guy was very apologetic and explained that the restaurant probably had gotten backed up, but still, 110 minutes! The food was lukewarm at best. We ordered two complete meals, got one fortune cookie, after paying nearly $30 including tax & delivery fee. I did tip the delivery guy 20% as it wasn't his fault. I still gave 4 stars based on past meals. Had I on this experience, it would have been 2 stars for the slow delivery time, less than lukewarm food, shorting us a fortune cookie per meal (2nd time that happened), and small amount of steak in hibachi steak meal.
Lotus Garden, if they read this, should comp us a meal or at least give us a coupon.
