I bring my car in here for an oil change when it needs it and for my 60,000 mile service. They are always so slow, so disorganized, there are always people standing around but none of them can help you. I have been waiting on a call back about a part they had to order that was super urgent. I finally called about the part 3 weeks later. Now I get to bring it back in......I am sure it will go smoothly....not!
