This two star review should be taken with a grain of salt, and hopefully when/if I order from them again, I will be able to move this ranking up.
On the positive end of the experience, the food is good, arrived hot (and more than a little faster than the estimated delivery time,) and was correct. Both their regular and sweet potato fries are well seasoned and just the right amount of greasy, and their servings are quite generous.
The delivery itself, however, resulted in a half a block walk through snow melt in flip flops for me to retrieve my food because the driver could not locate the access to my apartment building. This review would have been four stars if not for that rather irksome detail, and while the driver was courteous in person, his cursing and confusion on the phone line when trying to take directions, and lack of ability to follow them, were heavy points against the experience.
