The burger and Cajun-tossed chicken were amazing! Nachos were a little soggy, but still tasted great. Everything was exactly as I ordered it (and I'm picky!) more

This two star review should be taken with a grain of salt, and hopefully when/if I order from them again, I will be able to move this ranking up. On the positive end of the experience, the food is good, arrived hot (and more than a little faster than the estimated delivery time,) and was correct. Both their regular and sweet potato fries are well seasoned and just the right amount of greasy, and their servings are quite generous. The delivery itself, however, resulted in a half a block walk through snow melt in flip flops for me to retrieve my food because the driver could not locate the access to my apartment building. This review would have been four stars if not for that rather irksome detail, and while the driver was courteous in person, his cursing and confusion on the phone line when trying to take directions, and lack of ability to follow them, were heavy points against the experience. more

Great Food! I have ordered from here twice now. Each time the food was great the delivery was fast. I have already recommended this restaurant to some of my friends. I would not necessarily known that they would have delivered to my house if it wasn't for Grub Hub. more

I have ordered from the Black Cat two times. both times they were very prompt, food was hot and delicious..I would order from them again in the future. more

i honestly have to say, i will never order anything from the black cat again. i thought it was all horrible, even the chips! more

I have seen their ads in the Troy Record for weeks so I decided to try it for dinner. What a mistake? The service was horrible and the food was worse. In their ad in the Troy Record they say that nothing is ?machine cooked? Maybe if they got a machine to cook instead of what the owner called a ""chef"". They might be better off. Cons: No Good more
