We had called another garage door company on Sat (2/22/14) when the spring broke and after one VM and three phone conversations by Wed (2/26/14) it was apparent that there was no urgency to fix our busted spring. We called Above & Beyond around 1:15pm on Wed and Dave was at our house before 3:00pm.... THE SAME DAY!!! He was extremely personable and very professional and overall the customer service was fantastic! We will call Above & Beyond for future repairs and recommend their business!
