I had Sound By Design come to rewire my sound system. I told him what the problem was, and he acted as if he couldn't hear me. It seemed like he was more concentrated on getting out of here, and the problem wasn't actually fixed.

I never knew that there was a problem. I will contact the customer and discuss this with him.
