I had been going to Mid Suffolk since my daughter was born in 2003. I now have 4 kids and the last two are twins. They turned me away for physicals because they could not verify my insurance coverage which is valid. 10 years of going there and they wouldn't let us in. Even if it wasn't valid I would think 10 years of loyalty would allow us the courtesy of getting to be seen and dealing with the insurance separately. I was completely disgusted that they would turn us away and will be leaving there practice. They are not good enough to treat people so poorly.
