Mackenzie at the Bloomington Wedding Day Diamond’s location helped me find the perfect wedding ring! Having to replace my original ring was a very emotional process – one that took me a long time. Mackenzie learned quickly what my style was and actually picked out the ring and band I fell in love with. Finding the right ring was a long process for me because of the emotional value my old ring held. I came to the store several times months apart and Mackenzie recognized me each time, greeting me my name. She remembered the rings we were looking at and got them out right away. During the months of deciding she kept me informed by email of any specials and was quick to respond back to my questions. The selection at Wedding Day and the customizations they can do are endless. I am very happy I chose Wedding Day Diamonds but more importantly I am grateful for Mackenzie’s help. If it weren’t for her I would probably still be looking.
