I'm a real estate broker and have used Advantage Home Inspection with my clients' projects but I recently used them on a personal purchase of mine. I really appreciate their taking the time to explain things in layman's terms for people that don't understand the lingo of the contracting world. Furthermore, they are very friendly and I will continue to use them in the future.
