First Rate Service 3/6/2014

When I contacted Richard with a seemingly impossible scheduling request, he returned my call immediately and found a way to make it happen. He showed up on time, prepared and got right to it. When he was finished, he walked my husband and me through, step by step, and explained his findings. This turned out to be very accurate and helpful to us. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. more

Thorough and insightful, well-organized 3/3/2014

Rick was on-site for our home inspection. Not only did he walk us through all of his comments, but everything in his report was well-organized, visual, and clearly defined what next steps were. Rick also took the time to explain what to look for in ongoing house maintenance. As a first-time home buyer, that meant a lot to us. more

Explain things in layman's terms 2/13/2014

I'm a real estate broker and have used Advantage Home Inspection with my clients' projects but I recently used them on a personal purchase of mine. I really appreciate their taking the time to explain things in layman's terms for people that don't understand the lingo of the contracting world. Furthermore, they are very friendly and I will continue to use them in the future. more

A really convenient and helpful experience 2/5/2014

This was my first home purchase and, with Advantage Home Inspection Service, it went really good. They walked me through everything like what needed to be fixed and I was really happy with that experience. more
