when I went to A Cut Above, I had a Groupon and was told I had to see Sophie. Maybe if I had used Marissa, I would have had a better experience. Who does a ""shampoo rinse"" after coloring in this day and age? Left some of my color faded. Would not recommend. Dirty place.
