RUN don't Walk from this place. the owner was very cordial and willing to engage in regular chat. The room was as bad as I have ever seen the water was putrid and stunk heavily of sulphur. Numerous light bulbs were blown and it was dark, the sheets on one bed were not changed and still had hair from various parts of someones body all over them. the refrigerator left hand side was full of rust and the entire room looked as it had no improvement since the late 70's. alarm clocks did not work, ceiling panels were falling in. floor was buckling in spots and to top it off the owner made mention that they had problems with a pneumatic nail gun while working on the right hand side of the building ( this is the only spots the boat would fit) I lost both tires on that side of the trailer on the way home. they both went flat within 5miles of each other.
