I only went to Gateway for my 25000 oil change and check because I was brow beat into getting an expensive insurance coverage for all? maint, and repairs. They did OK-what is the big deal for a wheel rotation and oil change? The SUV has not broken down, but I bought the insurance and could not cancel it, so I have to use it-I am NOT Bill Gates who can waste my money. I will NEVER buy from Gateway again. They Lied to me and did not give me my military discount-I am a Disabled Vet-100%.
