AWESOME Customer Service 3/3/2014

We recently took our Elantra in to have the oil changed. My daughter overslept and was afraid she would not be able to get the oil changed. The service team advised her to bring the car in and they would squeeze her into their schedule. They provided quick service and she was out in no time. more

Took vehicle in for service. Was necessary to take take to outside detailer to replace pin stripping. When taken it was found that the detailer did not have the tool to remove the stripping. Has been rescheduled will provide me with a loner car so all will be taken care of. more

Did the work-but 2/7/2014

I only went to Gateway for my 25000 oil change and check because I was brow beat into getting an expensive insurance coverage for all? maint, and repairs. They did OK-what is the big deal for a wheel rotation and oil change? The SUV has not broken down, but I bought the insurance and could not cancel it, so I have to use it-I am NOT Bill Gates who can waste my money. I will NEVER buy from Gateway again. They Lied to me and did not give me my military discount-I am a Disabled Vet-100%. more
