Never a problem getting in for service, had a wheel bearing go and had to get it in a day before my scheduled appointment, Towne got me in and out with a loaner in less than 15 minutes AND had my car ready the same day, unfortunately I was at work and couldn't pick it up till the next day. Towne is the only dealership I do business with, they're that good.
