nice experience. used extended Warranty without any hassle. they had all information . even replaced windshield wiper blade when they went out to warm up my car and wiper blade operated but rubber was frozen to windshield. more

I my self worked for dealerships for over 33 yrs. I have never seen a dealership run the way this one is and stays in busness. I delt with the service dept so i cant comment on the sales end but the service dept is the worst. It starts with awnsering a phone is allmost impossable to get anyone but the front desk. I was told my car would be fixed in one day. I dropped off my car two days earlier and it wasnt even finished the day it was promised. I was never contacted that it was done or ever contacted at all. I had to check on it myself. Then i had to go out in there lot to find it because it wasnt where the man told me it was. I dont know about you but try to find a car that looks like yours when they all do, well i found it after about 20min and had to use the emergency alarm to do it. So its the last time i will use them. more

Not only was I completely satisfied with the service I received when I purchased my car, I actually did not feel any hesitation about returning for service when needed. I do recommend this dealer to friends and family and will continue to do so as long as they continue to provide such a positive experience more

Great customer service 2/20/2014

Never a problem getting in for service, had a wheel bearing go and had to get it in a day before my scheduled appointment, Towne got me in and out with a loaner in less than 15 minutes AND had my car ready the same day, unfortunately I was at work and couldn't pick it up till the next day. Towne is the only dealership I do business with, they're that good. more

Great service all around 2/18/2014

They answer phones quickly, communicate very clearly what any issues may be and what they will do the rectify them. The charges are fair and the work has always been done right the first time for me. Not to mention, my Sonata's have been great cars!! more

I've dealt with the Towne family of dealerships in Orchard Park for years now. Love them. I currently own a Santa Fe, and the folks at Towne Hyundai treat me like family! more
