I brought my wife's 2013 Genesis R-spec in for the auto butler. Wayne Dabio was my service agent and he tried to get me a rental car calling two agencies. No cars available so I waited in the customer lounge. Wayne was able to get the car thru faster then planned and I was out of there in two hours. I enjoyed the customer lounge with the great coffee and snack bars. This is a wonderful dealership. Also, the gentleman how did the paperwork when we bought the car in July walked by while I was sitting there and remembered me after six months and asked how we liked the Genesisi. Very nice of him to do that.
