I would say servicing vehicle and part was ok, i am not sure how effective it was. But the interiors were not cleaned at all, creating a doubt in my mind if due diligence was done...

My car needed service. Scheduling the service was as easy as a quick phone call. Because the service was under warranty, and because the service took a couple of days, I was offered a loaner. When I picked up my car from being serviced, I was provided a thorough explanation of what was done to the vehicle. The vehicle was cleaned! It was easy in, and easy out. I never had to wait more than a few minutes. more

I call this dealer "my Dealer" great customer service, clean and comfortable waiting area. On my last visit I needed to leave my Santa Fe until the next day, my technician Daniel provided with a beautiful top of the line vehicle to drive in the meantime. I highly recommend this dealership for your next vehicle purchase. more

It was the first time to get service at capitol hyundai. The first impression was much better than other car dealerships. But if you have chairs when we talk to advisors like other dealerships, it would be much better. more

I've owned my Hyundai for a couple years now and I always bring it in for oil changes, etc. The support staff is always considerate and helpful. Couldn't ask for anything more. more

Customer Service 3/21/2014

I took my car there for its regular maintenance. As always, I was taken care of fairly quickly and my car was done while I waited. Although I was told it would take 1 hour, it did end up taking 2 hours but that was fine with me. I am happy with the vehicle itself and the service I received from my dealer. more

Very kind, and helpful fixing a problem with my car that I brought upon myself, were very generous with giving me a special to fix it, and made the overall process a lot less painful than it could have been. more

Friendly employee 3/19/2014

I used to affraid of talking to service advisor but not at the capitol huyndai. So far I have no pressure from them and the gentleman whom taking in my car is doing his best all the time. I was there, staying in the lobby waiting for my car and observed how he doing his job. I was very impressed and love to have him work for me. more

I have always avoided dealership service departments because of many bad/expensive experiences, until now. Hyundai Capitol Service is excellent! I highly recommend - the service quote is reasonable, accurate, service is provided within the estimated window. This is true every time. more

Car interior not cleaned after service also 3/5/2014

I would say servicing vehicle and part was ok, i am not sure how effective it was. But the interiors were not cleaned at all, creating a doubt in my mind if due diligence was done to normal service where its not possible for customer to see. On paper all was looking ok so i assume it was done. Interior cleaning was not done at all and even after car wash the excess water was not wiped from the doors. I could see water on the interior also. more
