Even on Super Bowl Sunday they came out to my house on within an hour of my call to troubleshoot wiring issues with my heater that kept it from going on. Rick the technician was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful! He honestly taught me about the conditions of my wiring and recommended the best options from a safety perspective. I plan to only use these guys from now on while set up to upgrade my homes electric wiring.
