I can't rate their mechanical service, because I never received it. But I can rate the customer service-- ZERO. After 3 months of calling w/ no answer, no callback, etc. how can I rate them with anything less? Early on, in August, I did get three separate appointments made with them, but it always ended in no call no show. \r
