I can't rate their mechanical service, because I never received it. But I can rate the customer service-- ZERO. After 3 months of calling w/ no answer, no callback, etc. how can I rate them with anything less? Early on, in August, I did get three separate appointments made with them, but it always ended in no call no show. \r Nuff said. more

I will never use it again 11/17/2011

I rated with one star because there was nothing less. The person came to our home (who happened to be the owner), took the money in cash and never fixed the problem. He left stating it was fixed when in fact he did nothing. The pilot was just moved and for that reason the furnace did not worked. I called him back on the same day but he stated that I should pay again for his service call. Pros: null Cons: null more
