Worst experience!!! Do not use John Moore Services. I called John Moore to fix our furnace which was not working. They came out and did fix the furnace, but recommend that we have our duct work cleaned due to dust buildup which they felt was part of the problem. I felt it was an effort to up sale us, but agreed to have it done. They were not able to do it the same day. An appointment was scheduled a week later. John Moore was suppose to be out between 11-2. I called twice to try to get an ETA, but no one was able to help me. They tried to contact the service technician numerous times, but he never returned any of the phone calls. He was suppose to contact me 30 minutes prior to arrival. Finally, at 2:10 I was told he was in route. At 4:00, I called back because he had never showed up. I canceled the appointment and requested a refund since the appointment was prepaid. I am still awaiting the credit to show up on my credit card. The customer service rep placed me on hold at least 10 minutes. He never asked why I was canceling the appointment. He had an ""I don't care"" attitude. I wasted an entire day waiting on the service technician! I will never use John Moore again and will not recommend them to anyone!
