It was Christmas morning and I was up first. It sounded like it was raining inside but I quickly saw that the rain was inside all across the ceiling. I was hosting family and more were coming to Christmas dinner. I called our usual plumbing company and they wanted no part of this. The cleanup was already looking overwhelming and the problem was yet to be addressed. So their competitor suggested John Moore and sure enough they said they'ld come out. They stopped the leak and came back today with a new toilet. Mike is our new best friend. He was efficient and a really nice guy. I asked if I could specifically ask for him in the future. YES!!!!
