Very courteous from the initial call into the receptionist to set the appointment thru the completion of the service call. The appointment was set for a Sunday from 2-6 - I received a call from technician- David and he was able to come 2hrs early!\r
David was very courteous and demonstrated patience with the 93 year old client as he(client) questioned reasons for the issues and explained (David)the options available. David instructed and demonstrated the first use of the chemicals needed to alleviate the issue.\r
