I took my lawn mower in for repair. 2 days later, Tiger Griggs calls and says my lawn mower is ready to be picked up. When I get there to pick it up, which is about 2 hours after they called me, I learn that they had given my lawn mower to the wrong customer. I told them, " Let me get this straight, you f@cked up by giving my lawn mower to the wrong person?" Oh, they had a fit cause I used the 'f" word to describe their mistake. I ask who the manager is and Christy Griggs identifies herself as manager and tells me that kind of language is not going to be permitted. I told her I wouldn't be using that kind of language if they hadn't f@cked up and gave my lawm mower to the wrong person. I told she was a pretty sorry manager if she lets her employees give my lawn mower to another customer.
