I took my lawn mower in for repair. 2 days later, Tiger Griggs calls and says my lawn mower is ready to be picked up. When I get there to pick it up, which is about 2 hours after they called me, I learn that they had given my lawn mower to the wrong customer. I told them, " Let me get this straight, you f@cked up by giving my lawn mower to the wrong person?" Oh, they had a fit cause I used the 'f" word to describe their mistake. I ask who the manager is and Christy Griggs identifies herself as manager and tells me that kind of language is not going to be permitted. I told her I wouldn't be using that kind of language if they hadn't f@cked up and gave my lawm mower to the wrong person. I told she was a pretty sorry manager if she lets her employees give my lawn mower to another customer. She then called her husband Trae Griggs from the back who came out and bumped chest with attempting to be intimidating. I left because he was looking for a fight. An hour later they called and
