Had to wait 45 minutes to even speak with a Service Advisor before getting my car in line for service. I ended up being there for 3 hours to get a simple routine maintenance and tire change. And on top of that, the tire cost considerably more than I was quoted elsewhere. Although the staff is always very nice and courteous, the prices and time taken make it undesirable to return.
