I was trying to replace a faucet cartridge in my shower myself. The cartridge snapped off in the wall as I was trying to remove it. My water is shut off and I cant turn it back on until the cartridge is replaced. Its late Sunday afternoon and I have to work early Monday morning. I called South West Plumbing and they sent Jon and Dan out to fix the mess I had started. Jon told me that if he could get the remaining cartridge out of the wall I would be looking at about $350. If he couldn't, he would have to cut a hole in my closet wall and replace the faucet from the back side to the tune of $950. He and Dan worked tirelessly for nearly two hours to remove and replace the cartridge without having to tear into my closet wall! I was able to take a nice hot shower before work Monday morning! Great job! Thanks guys
