I bought a coffee table in the Waynesville store. They loaded it while I was paying. When I got it home there was a scratch on the top. I called the manager and sent a photo of the scratch. He indicated they would repair or replace the table. I sent multiple emails and left many voice mails for the customer service manager (Brian). He ignored every email and phone call. \r

I finally contacted Better Business Bureau but the store refused to make things right. I will never shop here again.
