I have used Arslanian for my carpets in the past and was always pleased. I recently called to have my drapes and blinds done. Ron came and removed my drapes and when asked if they did blinds he took one and said he would get back with me and let me know if it could be done. Ron returned after a few days with drapes and no blinds. He took remaining blinds and gave me a bill which I paid. After he left I was able to get a look at my drapes up front. They were now an inch shorter than my sheers. I called immediately and complained and asked them to not touch my blinds because I was unhappy with services. This was in evening and I left msg on answering machine. The next morNing I called again and Ron returned my call right away. I expressed my dissatisfaction and asked that my blinds be returned. A few days later my blinds were returned and I was handed another bill. Not realizing I still owed anything I was not prepared to pay at that time. I asked him if I could send the money to Arslanian. He then got irrate with me and said "I want my money"!! He told me to call Arslanian because he needed the money now. I called and spoke to the father there and he transferred me to his son. Meanwhile Ron stormed out of my house. The son was very rude and kept insisting that I had carpets done. I repeatedly explained that NO I had drapes and blinds done. He not only had no idea who Ron was but had no idea what service I had done. I am handicap and in a wheelchair and felt threatened when Ron was in my house yelling at me. I am sending a check for what I owe but I will NEVER use this company again and will NOT recommend them to anyone.

We are deeply sorry to hear that you are unhappy. To the best of our knowledge, you are very happy with how clean we were able to get your blinds and drapes and the misunderstanding was with our billing process. We accept payment after the service is provided. Cleaning was completed on your drapes first, rather than waiting for cleaning to be finished on your blinds we went ahead and returned your drapes to you and billed you for only your drapes, it was not one lump bill like you originally thought. At a later time when your blinds were completed, we returned those to you with the bill for the blinds cleaning.
Providing top quality customer service is our number one priority and has been the very foundation of our company for over 50 years. Again, I am sorry our billing caused confusion for you and didn't sit right with you. In the future, our billing process will be stated more clearly.
